Ian Wilson

As Chief Innovation Officer, Ian is directly responsible for developing innovative new business lines for the NAG Group. He is a member of the Executive Team that sets commercial strategy for the NAG Group.

Ian has significant leadership experience as a board advisor, founder, CEO, and executive director in a range of businesses from fast-growing start-ups to major global organisations, having recently served as the Global Head of Artificial Intelligence at the world's 10th largest bank, HSBC. Ian's career has spanned 3 continents, across America, Europe, and Asia, covering industries from Military Simulation to Financial Services.
