naginterfaces.library.ode.dae_dassl_linalg(neq, ml, mu, comm)[source]

dae_dassl_linalg is a setup function which you must call prior to dae_dassl_gen() and after a call to dae_dassl_setup(), if the Jacobian is to be considered as having a banded structure.

The number of differential-algebraic equations to be solved.

A call to dae_dassl_linalg specifies that the Jacobian to be used is banded in structure. If dae_dassl_linalg is not called before a call to dae_dassl_gen() then the Jacobian is assumed to be full.
