zdotu computes the scalar product of two complex vectors.

Parameters

xcomplex, array-like, shape $\left(n\right)$

The $n$-element vector $x$.

ycomplex, array-like, shape $\left(n\right)$

The $n$-element vector $y$.

Returns

zducomplex

The value of the scalar product.

Notes

No equivalent traditional C interface for this routine exists in the NAG Library.

zdotu returns the value of the scalar product

$$x^{T}y$$

where $x$ and $y$ are $n$-element complex vectors.
