The routine may be called by the names g05tlf or nagf_rand_int_uniform.
g05tlf generates the next values from a uniform generator (see g05saf for details) and applies the transformation
where is the integer part of the real value . The routine ensures that the values lie in the closed interval .
One of the initialization routines g05kff (for a repeatable sequence if computed sequentially) or g05kgf (for a non-repeatable sequence) must be called prior to the first call to g05tlf.
