x07abc determines whether a floating-point number is a NaN (Not A Number).

The function may be called by the names: x07abc, nag_ieee_is_nan or nag_is_nan.

3 Description

x07abc returns Nag_TRUE if and only if x is a NaN, and returns Nag_FALSE otherwise.
