Used by: nps_p_task in e04jdf (no CPP interface), e04jef (no CPP interface), e04kff, e04mtf, e04ptf, e04stf and e04svf (no CPP interface).
CommE04RA::setter_nps_p_task returns a reference to the communication class itself.
