The main aim of this task is to produce test programs to validate each of the routines in the numerical library according to guidelines summarized in the Technical Annex. The development of stringent test programs for each routine has proved to be more time-consuming than originally anticipated.
The stringent test programs for the sparse routines have already been completed.
