Mathematical and statistical components from NAG

i-flex identified the need to enhance a module in Reveleus called "Modeling Framework" with additional statistical functionality. Recognizing NAG's global reputation for high quality, tried and tested numerical components, i-flex turned to NAG to provide the required statistical software needed to enhance their Reveleus.
