The Numerical Algorithms Group (NAG) are holding seminar at the University of Manchester on 28 November 2007. The event, which is free to attend, promises to be immensely informative for anyone studying or working using mathematical and statistical techniques. Technical sessions will appeal to those wanting to acquire a more in-depth understanding of numerical algorithms and learn about advances in technical computing.

The seminar will be held from 11.00am to 15.30pm at the University of Manchester and will comprise an extended technical session on numerical algorithms and specific sessions on numerical algorithms in the Biosciences and Finance industries.
